PAINT CORRECTION OPTIONS
Select the level of paint correction that fits your needs. 90% of vehicles only require an enhancement polish (included) but extra polishing can be added, if needed.
CONTROLLED CURE PROCESS
Tedious panel by panel installation with bumper to bumper quality control inspection. Car spends first 12 hours in our temperature/ humidity controlled facility for optimum results.
FINAL INSPECTION
After curing, we perform a full lighting inspection to ensure even coverage, perfect finish, and full coating performance across all panels.

The Fusion Plus resin bonds with your factory clear coat. Once cured, the resin can only be removed through abrasion. We guarantee XPEL Fusion Plus’s protection qualities for 4 years however performance can continue well beyond this period.
Our ceramic coating is a very thin and flexible resin used by leading paint and panel shops and will not damage cured clear coats or void any automotive paint warranties. For repainted vehicles, XPEL Fusion Plus should not be applied for 30 days after repainting or for the duration your paint manufacturer specifies.
No, XPEL Fusion Plus is a very thin and flexible resin that bonds to the surface of your clear coat. It cannot crack or peel and the ceramic particles will not turn yellow.
XPEL Fusion Plus is not scratch-resistant but does offer minor surface hardness improvement. It helps reduce the appearance of light swirls over time by forming a durable, hydrophobic barrier. However, it will not prevent scratches from improper washing or contact with abrasive materials. Proper maintenance is still essential to keep your vehicle’s finish in great shape.
No. Once XPEL Fusion Plus is applied there is no need to wax your car. The Fusion Plus resin provides far more protection and hydrophobic properties than any wax can provide, and by waxing you may damage the coating’s hydrophobic effect over time. If you would like to top your Fusion Plus with additional products, we recommend using only XPEL Ceramic Boost and not to use carnauba based waxes or polishes.
Yes. XPEL Fusion Plus does require an annual wash/inspection to be performed within 30 days before or after the annual application date. The annual wash is to inspect the self-cleaning hydrophobic properties of the coating. If the vehicle has lost some of the hydrophobic properties, a rejuvenator will be applied to regain original performance / functionality.
Yes! Always dry your vehicle after washing and do not allow tap water to dry on the vehicle. Tap water contains minerals and if allowed to evaporate on the surface, the minerals left behind can be difficult to remove.
XPEL Fusion Plus will prevent water spots from penetrating into the lower paint layers and causing permanent damage, however in most cases it cannot prevent water spots from bonding on top of the surface. To avoid water spots, wash your vehicle regularly to remove road grime and always dry your vehicle.
